How It Works

After we have successfully worked to create the program or work within the department’s already established protocol, we begin enrolling clients and setting the proper expectations. For probation programs,  TCS generally takes on the full load of monitoring and reporting on those clients so the probation department does not have to. We typically operate on an exception-based reporting model where we only communicate with the probation officers when there is something noteworthy to report such as a violation, not adhering the program guidelines or the client is in danger of termination. The steps we take with each individual client are.

Start Today

TCS can start services for your clients as early as today. The first step is to fill out an enrollment form online. From there, TCS will:

  1. Contact the client to setup a convenient appointment to begin the monitoring program
  2. Handle collections for services, ensuring that we always have a cushion to continue services
  3. Enroll and orientate the client as to their responsibilities while enrolled in the program

Client Focused

Going forward, TCS handles any potential needs from the client or related to the technology or services used. TCS has staff ready to:

  • Complete any routine maintenance or visual inspections of the client and equipment
  • Report any issues to the department as outlined in the program guidelines
  • Provide any summary reports to the department in the intervals required
  • Remove the client from the program based on the department guidelines

An Extension Of Your Department

TCS becomes an extension of the probation department—fulfilling required monitoring needs that the department may not necessarily be equipped to provide. There are a number of service options as well that can provide for more involvement from the department including ways to lower costs to the clients. TCS offers multiple service levels and can even customize services to fit the needs of each department, including building an indigent fund to help clients pay for required monitoring and providing on-site services on specified court hearing days.
